Java/A - Taking Components into Java

چکیده
Component-based software-engineering and software architecture gain importance in software engineering. It is a well known fact that high level architectures and modular composition help constructing large-scale software systems. Today, programming languages support software architecture insufficiently. This leads to a number of problems, e.g. reduced reusability and architectural erosion. In this paper, the Java/A programming language is introduced. Java/A integrates notions like components and connectors into Java. Furthermore, Java/A provides mechanisms to verify component configurations.
